2. Service overview
WU Aufnahme Test Prep provides digital educational content, including practice tests, performance data, and related learning tools. No physical goods are shipped. We are not affiliated with WU Vienna and operate solely as an independent preparation service for admissions test readiness.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining account security and for activity under your account. Access may be limited or suspended for abuse, fraud, or violations of these terms.
4. Payments and pricing
Purchases are processed through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing details and authorize payment for selected products. Any VAT that applies to your purchase is shown during checkout.
5. Digital supply and cancellation rights
By purchasing digital content that is delivered immediately, you request immediate supply and acknowledge that cancellation and refund rights may be limited once access has started, subject to applicable law. Full details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse platform content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with normal service operation.
7. Intellectual property
All platform content, software, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to us. You receive a limited personal, non-transferable right to use purchased content for your own learning.
8. Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee specific exam outcomes. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant purchase.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence applies.
