Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains your cancellation rights and refund handling for digital purchases on this website.
1. Scope
This policy applies to digital educational services and digital content sold through WISO Prep. It does not limit your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
2. Standard cancellation period
For distance contracts, consumers usually have a 14-day cancellation period. For digital content, this right can be lost once supply starts if you gave prior express consent and acknowledged this outcome.
3. Immediate digital access
Our products are delivered digitally and access is generally provided immediately after purchase. At checkout, you are asked to request immediate supply and acknowledge that your cancellation right is lost once digital supply begins.
4. Faulty digital content
If digital content is faulty, not as described, or not provided with reasonable care and skill, you may have statutory remedies under consumer law. Contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
5. Eligible refund cases
We review refund requests for duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or technical failures that prevent access after reasonable troubleshooting.
6. How to request cancellation or refund
Send requests to hello@wu-aufnahmetest.com and include your account email, transaction date, charge reference, and a short description of the issue.
7. Optional cancellation template
If your cancellation right still applies (for example before digital supply starts), you can email:

- Body: I hereby cancel my contract for digital content. Account email: [your email]. Order reference: [reference]. Date of purchase: [date]. Name: [your name].
8. Non-refundable situations
Except where law requires otherwise, we generally do not issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases after digital access has started, partial use of purchased content, or inability to achieve a specific exam score.
9. Processing timeline
If a refund is approved, we process it to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times are set by your payment provider and can take several business days.
