Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains cancellation rights and refunds for digital purchases made on this website.
1. Scope
This policy applies to digital educational services and digital content sold through WU Aufnahme Test Prep. It does not limit your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
2. Immediate digital access
Our products are delivered digitally and access is generally provided immediately after purchase. At checkout, if you request immediate access, you acknowledge that cancellation rights may be limited once digital supply begins, subject to applicable law.
3. Eligible refund cases
We review refund requests for duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or technical failures that prevent access after reasonable troubleshooting.
4. Request window
Send refund requests within 14 days of the original charge date. Include your account email, transaction date, and charge reference so we can verify and process the request quickly.
5. Non-refundable situations
Except where law requires otherwise, we generally do not issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases after digital access has started, partial use of purchased content, or inability to achieve a specific exam score.
6. Processing timeline
If a refund is approved, we process it to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times are set by your payment provider and can take several business days.
